By Baptism we become members of the Church,
the Body of Christ.
In Baptism, the Holy Spirit moves us to answer Christ's call to holiness. In Baptism, we are asked to walk by the light of Christ and to trust in his wisdom. We are invited to submit our hearts to Christ with ever deeper love. (Ref: U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops)
A Batismal Instruction Session is required before Baptism. Because Godparents play an important role in the child's Christian life and education, Godparents must be practicing Catholics who have been confirmed, are at least 14 years of age and, if married, must be in a marriage recognized by the Catholic Church.
Please contact our Pastor to discuss this Sacrament. You may also fill out the online form to the left, which will be sent to the Parish Office.
