The National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children is Saturday, September 10th. The Life Outreach Center and the Keweenaw Catholic Community would like to invite you to the first annual Candlelight Prayer Service at Sacred Heart of Calumet’s “Memorial for The Unborn” (west corner of main parking lot) at 8:30 pm. All are welcome to attend including those affected by abortion. Candles will be provided. A social will follow in the Church hall.
Fr. Gracious has asked that the Keweenaw Catholic Community parishioners pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 pm – the hour of our divine Savior’s death – each day until Divine Mercy Sunday (April 19th) . While praying this powerful prayer, let us ask our Lord for Protection & Healing for our families, our community, our nation, and the whole world.
If you have a family member/friend who has been infected by the Corona virus, Fr. Gracious would like to pray for person during the private daily Masses and Sunday Masses. A votive candle will also be lit for his/her healing. Please call the parish office to have their names included in his prayers and a votive candle lit.
